Instructions and roles
The organization is responsible for its qualification records and instructs Fleet Qualify to host, organize, secure, retrieve, and export those records through the service. Fleet Qualify acts as a service provider or processor where those concepts apply.
Safeguards and assistance
Access is limited by tenant and role. We use private storage, encrypted transport, audit history, backups, and incident procedures. We will reasonably assist with verified individual-rights requests and notify the organization without undue delay after confirming a personal-data breach affecting its records.
Providers and end of service
The subprocessors listed on this site support FleetQualify. Authorized users may export supported records. Deletion and backup aging follow the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. Questions may be sent to support@fleetqualify.com.
