Access and scope
Fleet Qualify workspaces are provisioned through our team. The current service does not include self-service registration, online checkout, paid SMS, AI features, or US-domestic qualification. Additional services require separately agreed terms and availability.
An organization using FleetQualify is responsible for authorizing its users, the records it submits, and its own legal and regulatory decisions. FleetQualify provides workflow support, not legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as the service develops. We may suspend access to protect data, investigate misuse, or comply with law. We will give reasonable notice when practical and provide available export options for authorized users.
Data and contact
The organization retains its rights in records it supplies. Fleet Qualify processes them to operate and secure the service under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. For service, privacy, or security questions, contact support@fleetqualify.com.
