Active workspaces
Records remain available to authorized users while the invited workspace is active. Access may be suspended to protect the service or at the organization's request. An authorized organization may request an export of supported data.
Deletion and backups
Permanent deletion is a reviewed administrative action, not an automatic result of workspace suspension. Legal holds or other lawful retention needs may delay deletion. Encrypted backups age out under the backup lifecycle rather than being selectively edited; a restore must reapply deletion evidence before ordinary use.
