Information and purpose
We process account, company, driver, vehicle, document, task, message, audit, session, and support information to provide and secure FleetQualify. An organization decides which qualification records it uploads and must have authority to collect and share them.
Providers and location
FleetQualify uses DigitalOcean for API and database hosting, Microsoft Azure for frontend hosting and private document storage, Cloudflare for the API connection and DNS, and ZeptoMail for transactional email. Information may be processed in Canada and the United States. Online checkout and paid SMS are not currently enabled.
Security, retention, and requests
We use role-based access, encrypted transport, private storage, audit records, and backups. No internet service is completely secure. Retention and deletion are described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. Send access, correction, privacy, or security requests to support@fleetqualify.com; we verify requests before acting.
